Default Cosworth 4x4 rear brakes onto XR4x4

Does anyone know if you can fit Cosworth 4x4 calipers and hangars for the vented discs straight onto the hub carriers of a 92 XR4x4 or does it need the hub carriers as well?

As above cossie hubs will be required as this denotes disc size.
xr is 257mm
cos is 273mm

for a cheaper option you could fab up some brackets to move calipers up and rotate carrier towards the front of the car to clear mountings.
