Hi all

On my 2wd saff I've noticed the drivers side is dimmer than the passenger side. Also when you switch on from dip to main the passenger side lights up straight away and th drivers side slowly lights up like your slowly turning a dimmer!?

Any ideas?

 

Sounds like a bad earth. There should be an earth point next to each headlight that the headlamps earth to. I'd try giving them a good clean up as they are probably corroded.
