Hi folks, went to the Performance Ford trackday last monday at Brands Hatch in my Cossie
Trip started saturday morning at 07:00 AM in Holland to catch the Eurotunnel in Calais.
The car was filled with fuel and a set of Toyo R888 to go on track
All went well to the tunnel and we got on the train around noon.

After a short journey in the UK we went to Autospecialists - Airtec to drop of my R888 and catch up with Ronnie Amis as we was staying with his family for the weekend

Sunday morning breakfast

We chilled for the rest of the Sunday to get ready for a early start on Monday, alarm at 04:30 AM to get to Airtec to load op the van and Fiesta ST Ronnie was driving that day
As we came at Brands Hatch the weather looked not ok for track time as it was still foggy

So sign in and briefing was done, all now was to wait for the sun to break the fog
Fog eventually got out of the way at around noon so we could get ourselves on track
Did my sighting laps and 1st free ride on the road tires

The Twins in the Zetec MK4 Escort

After that i decided to put the R888 on as i didn't had much grip and confidence on the road tires

Much better on the R888 and i managed to do about 50 laps during the day and no probs with Cossie

Showing Richie the finger

A few pics from Hannah and her Focus RS, good to see girls on track

Here's a few vids of me going round, had the GoPro attached to my bumper
Ronnie taking my mate for a spin in the Fiesta ST, good driver he is
Ben trying to follow me in his 99bhp Fiesta Zetec S trackcar
All in all we had good weekend and good to catch up with all my friends in the UK
Back for more track time next year
Managed to get 7 mpg on track
On the way back filling up at Folkstone Services

At the tunnel

Quick stop in Belgium Gent for a snack

Got home safe at 10:00 PM after a faultless 800 mile trip
Will upload some more vids later
