Default Which car cleaning products do you use?

So I'm usually a car wash kinda guy but since buying a new beemer and getting mugged off with the hard wax 'seal and protect' option (yeah I know, what a sucker!) I've been cleaning it myself.
So what do you guys use, I've done a tiny bit of research and bilt hamber stuff sounds good but what else is good?
I'm talking basic stuff, shampoo, wheel cleaner, interior etc

I love the Poors Boys stuff, so easy to apply and take off and if you have a darker car then the black hole glaze is a mist for masking swirls and stopping stone chips showing. Some natty past wax after - couple of coats in thin layers and your done.

Although my car now is white so a bucket and wash mitt and it's done. I had a few black cars before and fook me it was a day job to get it looking well.

So so much choice these day and it depends on what you want to achieve from each product but as a good starting point, give Dodo Juice - Born to be mild shampoo a try, lovely stuff and well worth the money as highly concentrated.

Happy to answer any specific questions on products you have as I do this car cleaning malarkey for a living and have used lots of different stuff.

I just noticed the born to be mild as a potentially decent decent one

The car is a Sapphire black 3 series and as I said, it has the seal and protect hard wax.
I don't want to use anything that's gonna take it off and throughout the winter it's only gonna get a shampoo and chamois off, wheel cleaner.
BMW have supplied some products but I'm running out now (not sure which make they actually are under the BMW packaging but they're pretty good).

Poorboys gets my vote too, I also like auto finesse, for ease and speed of use I think their tripple polish is excellent stuff.

Just had another litre of carpro iron x wheel cleaner delivered, good stuff for cleaning wheels and once spotlessly clean, i use cquartz dlux to seal them. Brake dust literally cleans off with a wet sponge - excellent stuff but ambit of a faff to use as wheels need to stay dry for 24hours so wheel off job in the garage over night.

Then i just use dojo juice stuff, but ran out of wax so might try the poorboys stuff next. I recenly bought a panther black focus st estate, the paint is swirly so ill need to give it a going over with the das6 first, then seal it.. when i get a spare weekend...

I like a bit of everything, but mainly at the minute I have a lot of auto glym and meguiars. I often use Halfords as they are quite good on offers. Or clean your car if they don't and for other products.

I never used to wash my cars, just used to go to the £5 immigrant car washes, I then found out about all the scratches and swirls they inflict, I now do my own cars and am turning into a bit of a bufty, I really like washing my own cars now, the old 2 bucket wash method after snow foaming etc. Got a Das6pro polisher etc.

I use/have a load of different products from,

Meguires
Autobrite direct
KKD
Autoglym
Poorboys
Formula clean
Collinite
Farcella

And probably a few I can't remember.

Much more out there than the likes of halfords offer, not a personal fan of a lot of the meguires products either.

In addition to the sites listed above, polishedbliss.co.uk have some good stuff but there are lots of good online retailers.
