Default Removing Sierra rear beam bushes

What's eaiest way without specialist tools and a lift?

Sure I remember reading about using a wide socket and weight of car to push out the bush? Fitting solid mounts to my xr4i

Just fitted these so should make a nice difference

Get a big socket/ block of wood between chassis rail and top of beam bush. And Jack beam up may have to bounce about a bit in the back seat lol! but they will pop out!

Thanks Matt, I'll give that a go. Thanks for warning on roll bar,If they squeak that bad for me, I'll chuck them in bin and fit new standard roll bar bushes. Don't think the anti roll bar on a xr4i does anything anyway, so thin and flimsy
