Default K-sport brakes & EBC pads?

Again I am finding myself looking at these brakes but numerous tails of the stock pads being cack. They are offered with EBC's Red, Yellow or Blue Stuff pads but having had such horrific experiences with the Green Stuff I'm a little nervous. They do offer the DS2500 pads but these are £230 for a set.

Thoughts and opinions please?

Buy just the brakes and get the pads that you feel happy with elsewhere?

Choose carefully as you want pads that work straight away not ones that only bite once they are hot. No point in having uprated brakes with the wrong type of pads.Any place that sells brakes and pads will be able to give you the best options on cost and performance.

Any compromise in performance must be on the track and not the road. Don't want to crash and possibly hurt somebody as my brakes only stop the car when I'm driving like a tit
