Hi there people...long time listener, first time caller


I recently bought the passenger seat tilt handle for my fiesta, managed to removed the broken one and then snapped the new one into place following what I had found on the forum....but no joy. It seems like it is not catching the cable nipple as described on many posts here on this forum.


Anyone have any suggestions, as £22 for every attempt is not going to go down well with the enemy.

Yes!
This is what is happening to me right now. I have my new part fitted in the LH seat however it is not latching onto the nipple to pull the seat forward.
I have been told is it hard to remove the new handle in tact and don't really want to pay for another new handle. Could someone help me resolve this issue as my car is for MOT soon.
