Our annual birthday gathering at the world Famous Ace Cafe London, been a huge success in recent years attracting the countrys top fords from all over the UK
Held on Saturday 21st May from 6pm
This years event is supported by Adrian Flux and featured by Fast Ford magazine, as always there will be prizes and Fords from all era's, official booking for spaces will not take place until April 1st, this is mainly a heads up for you to get this in your planners and every year I invite the metropolitan police along as they have always supported our event.
all other car clubs are welcome to attend but exhibition cars must be from passionford
nice one fellas and I booked it slightly later in month for 2016 too so we can all go to simply ford at beaulieu plus the weather should be a bit warmer
It looks absolutely fine Steve. I love the way you invite other groups along too - One or two of those would not be so keen to invite PassionFord!

no problem buddy what we do each year is take bookings on april 1st, that way it helps stop people saying they are coming then drop out so it makes sure we have a full exhibition area every year

Totally appreciate that, however having never been to the ACE before i would love to come along

this has been a good self run event for passionford in the 5 years or so and not a single issue, great mix of cars and enthusiasts from all clubs enjoying all things Ford, we are attending many shows in 2016 and the first being Simply Ford at Beaulieu on may 1st
Right guys just so we are clear I will review all applications as I want our night to have a selection of many types of cars not just 47 focus if you know what I mean, as and when you are accepted your username or car id will be included in the 1st post against the numbers, I ask all cars that exhibit to donate Ł2 towards the evening which helps keep this event popular as passionford events is self funding, I must have your full name , model of car and registration number, if for any reason you need to pull out please inform me ASAP, All exhibitors must be on site at the cafe at 6pm any arrivals after 7pm will LOSE their spot as it will be reallocated
