Ill raise you with this, a very fast golf, tho these Boba tunning people have a 1200bhp mk2, that i thinks still 2.0 16V!
Still a better video of a mk1 and how quick it is

That mk1 and 2 are just insane! Didn't know the 4 motion gearbox was strong enough (or could be made strong enough) for that!

Yeti has an TT RS engine and running gear as far as I know, but with something like 600bhp. The bloke bought a brand new Yeti just to do the conversion
there are some good articles about it online, i'll try and find a few.

Yeah I'm pretty sure pistonheads did a bit on the yeti with the TT RS lump in it, sounds amazing

1000 ps in a mk1 at about 1 ton is formula one car power to weight of not long ago....no wonder it is sleighing sports bikes.
