Last official Ford show of the year is on tomorrow at Santa Pod and kelsey publishing have pulled out all the stops to make it a success with many attractions simular to ford fair so if weather plays ball we will all be very , Ford fans are in for a treat and Passionford will be there in area T2 with 53 cars

Great turnout. The Northants weather always comes through.
However. I will from now on refer to the 1st Ford Fest as "Wasp Fest".
Never have I seen so many of the little bastards.

 

From experience of the pod, sunshine and cool breeze often equal terminal sunburn too!!

Great show, the only thing that spoilt it was the fucking tool that was commentating, half the time he hadn't got a clue what cars he was watching and then he'd be talking to the crowd like we were school kids - bring back the usual guy.

 

He was terrible, not sure he even knew what a car was?

 

could of been worse guys they could have hired vicky butler henderson

worst part was when the bloke saw a rookie mistake of selecting reverse instead of 1st at the start line and took the piss for ages as Im sure the driver appreciated that

 

Several times he referred to Focus's as Fiestas and vice versa, in the end I think even he realised that he was clueless and just started to refer to them as "the blue machine" or "the red machine" etc.

 

I think for a new show it was spot on, loads of Fords from the 50s right up to the present, good 1/4 mile action with the new v old, hardcore dragster demo and the awesome jet car.there was also some serious drifting going on. Does anyone know how many cars and people came?
