What size do you think I need? I have lowered it 40mm because I want to push the wheels out? What size will I need for the rears to just stick out the arches and the fronts to just be level with the arches? Cheers guys!

 

all depends on what wheels and size they are as 20mm on OE wheels on rear is fine using either ford hub spacers or hubcentrics, as for fronts again depends on gap from edge of rim to arch

 

I have the standard alloys on it, 185 R14.

 

fronts are a tad more tricky but I would go with hubcentrics again though as they just bolt on and easily removed if you sell the car, on the rear with std wheels you will get 30mm hubcentrics which will push the wheels out just right
