Just took this off my rad on my puma, any idea what it is, sat between the rad cowling on the bottom right. something to do with tempo im guessing , just never seen it before



as im using the loom in my mk1 fiesta just wondered if I need to buy a new one as this one looks a bit battered

Looks like a resister?

 

Maybe fan setting resistor. I know they get hot so have to be indirect air flow ?

 

Might be an outside air temp sensor? if the car had a little display some where???

 

Whats the part number?

 

It is the fan resistor for low and high speed
