Default Escorts ST TB swap info

So I'm wanting to fit a small turbo inlet plenum and its proper st throttle body with 14mm spacer on a 4x4 Saph.
How do I wire up the iscv and throttle position switch to the standard loom?
This is not an uncommon mod but can't find specific information on wiring.
Cheers.

When I fitted mine, I just used my PF09 tps. I removed the part that the tps fixes to off the standard throttle body and fitted it onto the ST throttle body (straightforward fit) so my tps would physically attach to it.

As for getting the tps to actually work, I made an adaptor using the shaft of the standard throttle body. I worked how long it needed to be and cut the tps end off the throttle body shaft. I then cut a slot in the end of the bit that I cut off to allow it to slip onto the end of the blade on the ST throttle body. The only tricky bit is working out what angle to cut the slot so that the tps can work properly. You don't have to get it 100% cock on as you have a bit of adjustment on the tps screw slots. It works spot on and adjusted perfectly

As for the idle speed control valve, I haven't got mine working properly yet as I think it's buggered so can't really help you with that one!

Hi and great tip on the mod to use standard tips. Will need to put them side by side to evaluate. Sounds a good idea.
The iscv is surely the same as a standard cossie - just knowing what wires are where in the plug / unit.
May go with a standard cossie one but remote it.
Cheers.
