any chance to make mt75 stronger without spending more than 1000£

Shot peening will probally cost that or less.

That process will remove all the stress raisers making the gearbox stronger.

Hi Mate.

I have a stage one gearbox from CTS (gearbox man Bernie) and has snot peened and polish gears and it was been brilliant done over 10k in it (run around 350bhp t34 on greens) and it's still going lovely..i also drive like a maniac sometimes i'm not a pansy

highly recommended! He has a banner on this site. DEF worth a visit to his site and an ask on a price

it was around £550 completely rebuilt with a 12 month warrenty!
