I hate that I clicked the link based on the name of this thread...it could have been a very different picture! What make / model are they? They remind me of the Cerbera 4.5 Mk1 wheel which is one of my favourites.

Its not paint, its powder coat which always looks this way.

These are RL7's not comps...
I can't get a steel wheel to go over my brakes, what else would you suggest I used?
