Mrs has just bought a mk6 fiesta zetec-s TDCI and wants to start making it a bit quicker. Are there any places that do a silicone intake kit? And what size exhaust diameter should she go for? While im here is there any other things she can do for now? Plans will be for a FMIC and then it'll get mapped up.

 

Plenty of people will do parts for them, Demon tweeks etc, just go for odd the shelf when it comes too exhausts, I reckon a 3inch tailpipe would look best.

Anyone had dealings with crude performance? Its likely she'll be buying the intake system and fmic from them. And going custom with the exhaust.

loads of things you can do to the psa engine comes down to how much do you want to spend, 2.5" to 3" exhaust system is best increase the sixe of the down pipe is a must

do exhaust from turbo back,FMIC (airtec do a nice intercooler the one used on the supercharged fiesta st,bigger injectors from the 110hp psa engine focus, Peugeot Citroen this will increase power through the whole rev range, bosch part number 0445110188, air intake then a remap may see upto 130hp.
the turbo is very small what year is your car? up to 05 early 06 ford still used the edc16 ecu if this is the ecu on the car then could go and purchase the turbo and manifold off the 110 model which is a gt1544 vnt turbo enable the vnt control in the ecu 145hp capabilities.
