took the car for its mot but failed on emissions hydrocarbons to high, it runs for a while fine then it coughs then wont run smooth think its overfueling, i have changed the plugs,plugleads,distributor cap rotor arm oil and filter tryed another fuel regulater and still the same what else can i try or does any one know some where i can take it to near wigan
