Default Cosworth 36-1 Pulley

Just wanted to know what people use when changing to aftermarket management, is a change to the crank pulley the norm and in which case will one of the types on ebay be good enough? Or is it better to fit just the simple (and much cheaper) toothed wheel to the back of the existing pulley if I can?

Alternatively is there other ways that have proven to be better?

Will be using Omex if that makes any difference.

Thanks
Dan

If you can fit an OEM wheel, it will always be easiest as it requires no effort.

Or yes you could just install the new trigger wheel onto an existing pulley, and create a bracket for the sensor for this new wheel if required.

Either way both are simple.
