Default Who can explain the basics of Mapping to me please :-)

Ive long since heard about 'Load sites'...injector duration etc etc....

I'd like to learn a bit more about it, just to have an understanding of what it entails and how it all works together...

So if anyone wants to have a go and explain it to me..feel free.

Be prepared for 'So how does the....' type questions....

I bought the book 'Engine Management' printed by Haynes, gives a good basic insight & you get a free cd rom to play with without doing any damage
