Little help with block number IDs

Hello people
Can any one ID the below piston number and block numbers to they mean any thing out of interest
Piston part no stamped on top YB0659/03 (are these 2wd or 4wd)
Numbers cast in to the block are C8S1A and 85HM6015 BB also 17H90
Above where the distributor slots are stamped in 2222

The 2222 numbers are factory bore size. Cosworth selected these blocks as all bore sizes are the same.
Post a piston pic up and i will tell you if it is 4wd or 2wd.
4wd pistons have a bowl in them and the gudgeon pin is offset. 2wd piston has a old ten pence size flat in centre of bowl.

Your engine block is out of a nov 87 car which the block would then be a 2wd but that doesn't mean that it's all original as said you will need to see the tips of the piston to confirm
