Default Focus rear lower control arms

I was thinking of working on the handling side of my ST170, and wondered if anyone has fitted these..

I know a couple of people that fitted them and have both taken them off. One bent his and the other didn't want to risk it.
Just fit decent dampers and springs combined with adjustable camber arms.

the big lower ones are for toe and the standard adjustment is more than capable of doing what you need. yours will probably be seised though.
if you want camber adjustment the cheapest option is eibach camber bolts which will give you all the adjustment you need.
