Does anyone know if Ford sold the KA with the later OHC Duratec engine without PAS and aircon?

I want to fit a manual rack and ditch the aircon on a KA and want to know how straight forward it's going to be.

I did the same in my fiesta all you need is a non pas rack
and a tensioner then just measure the size of belt you need motor factors does all sizes of belts pretty simple really

 

My biggest concern is getting a tensioner that is suitable.
I'm unsure if a tensioner from the older 1.3 Endura is compatible with the more modern Duratec.

 

Should be as long as the bolt pattern is the same
