Default Cleaning newly painted panels

Hi guys got my car back from body shop last Friday and wanted to clean it as best as I can for Central day this weekend. Question is can I polish/wax the car?

Read online somewhere you can't due to the paint needing to cure and let out gasses.

Wanted to use autoglym super resin polish and poor boys black hole glaze and then autoglym had wax on it.

SRP should be fine, dont use any hard waxes or sealants for a good three weeks though. Give any remaining solvent chance to escape.
