As above beam Patten is really poor due to the silvering coming off rusted anyone repaired or used base model reflectors?

 

You could buy just the reflectors in the past from Ford, they do sometimes pop up on ebay or you may be able to base base model headlights and swap them out.

There are companies they can re metal the reflectors as well
