Default what engine Oil grade do you guys use?

Anyone use 20W 50 For their cars or is it better to just stick to 10W60

my car's piston might be gone and I was thinking of getting the 9:0:1 compression for the car. Anyone tried it?

Not really. Just thought I'd see if I notice any difference as with 10/60 the car can sound a bit tappety on start up idle.

A SAE50 is fine for the engine, but the 20w is not good for cold start protection, it's the sort of grade that goes in classic cars which have much larger tolerances than more modern engines. A 10w-50 is a much more sensible option.

Cheers
