stainless steel exhaust gasket any good
I've seen a stainless steel exhaust gasket the one between the manifold and head it's for sale on another forum for a escort RS Turbo are they any good and do they seal up properly? Cheers mark

Most on here will recommend Ford genuine only. Yes they are far better (as they have proper fire rings) tho I've never had an issue with aftermarket crush/fibre types. I'm guessing the version your referring to is the cheapy aftermarket multi-layer gaskets - They're not great IMO
