the last message of MK I got in november
every 2 weeks, I have asked.

He always answered and said, He sends next week

But since november, no answer to my mail

 

Try and be patient mate he is a busy guy, I know it frustrating,if it's any help I'm waiting aswell not quite as long as you but im sure he won't let you down,have you called the numbers on his site.

theres being busy and then taking the piss. either deliver on time if you say you will or dont take payment until the part is ready to send.

9 months is a joke.

 

no ones to busy to take payment and not send out items bought within 9 months if that the real story.
that would be taking the piss.

His stuff and work is top notch and he 99% comes through but 9 months is taking the piss I understand he is snowed under with work because he is so good but surely if your than snowed under employ some help

 

Mark will be true to his word BUT timescales aint his thing. His work will be first class but you may have to wait. He sometimes tries too hard to please everyone. Hes a skilled man not a business man.

 

I wonder if I could try this in the building trade? you want something built? ok , pay for it now up front and ill maybe get around to it in 9 months or so.
perhaps if these sort of people got the same sort of service for everything they did it would give him them a shake?
tescos will deliver their shopping sometime next year....
I cant believe in these sort of stories some people try to justify it on their behalf!
note I have said these sort of stories as theres always 3 sides to every story and I don't know whats specifically happened here.....

 

He's good at what he makes etc but forget timescales he's a waste of time ,but generally gets there in the end but you may have to wait a year longer

 

I dont care how good he is or his work is, there is no way he should take orders and payments and think 9 months is an acceptable time to keep someone waiting !! That is beyond taking the piss !! He has had your money for 9 months and youve got sweet f---k all.I would give him 7 days to sort it out or take legal action.

ni have replied to him ,now i have been able too ,i have his beam but have been unable to contact him it seems ,like i have said to him why didnt he ring and it could have been sorted
and i have been in this position myself after paying up front on 3 occasions but waited it out

when ever i get behind on time scale i offer a refund but most tend to wait the slate me lol
