Default Siezed brake union in master cylinder

So the master cylinder on the KA has gone.
I have one pipe that's siezed in there and I cannot get it out.
I've tried heat and penetrative fluid.
I've managed to round the union off but can get a good grip on it with a waterpump pliers.
Anyone recommend any methods for getting it out?

Or if I cut the brake pipe where can I get a new one made?

Bailes.

Have you tried a set of mole grips. Most back street garages will have a brake pipe tool.

Had to cut it off unfortunately.
Going to try wangle it out now so I can get a garage to make me a new one.

Its always easier just cutting a pipe then using a socket to get the union out. Its just the fook on of re fitting a complete pipe.
