I have a limited edition tech 1000 I bought from the local Mac man ten years ago, I've noticed it starting to go rusty on the bottom edge in front of the bottom draws of the top box, the bottom box seems ok.

I have spoke to the local Mac man who is a different guy to the bloke I bought it from and he is liaising with Mac head office to come to resolution, however I'm interested if anyone else has had a similar issue and how was it resolved?

He has already offered replacement box, but due to being limited edition it won't be the same colour nor have the same decals, which is a shame cos I want it to match the bottom box!!!'

Any views?
