Hi all,

As some of you know I've been been building my Crystal blue sapphire for a little while now so my old shell is now no longer needed.

The shell is very good and solid and needs no welding doing to it. It was painted a few years ago in Frozen White and it has all original panels bar the nearside front wing which was replaced with a genuine Ford panel.

The shell is HPI clear and comes with vented bonnet (with vents), all doors, bootlid with spoiler, rear bumper and sideskirts.

This would be an ideal shell to really make mint to reshell a rotten one. I would have kept this shell for many years to come had it not been for my Crystal blue shell coming along but it did and I don't have room for the White one

I will get some underside pics for you all tomorrow

What do you guys reckon it's worth?

Good shell this and seen it up close too and is worthy of a good asking price and I reckon 1500+ too

Gearbox ?

it says very little in the add ffs
what wheels does it come with, what suspension etc
a better add to start with saves having to answer dozens of silly questions

 

What I have said comes with the shell is what comes with the shell, that is it.

If it came with a gearbox, loom, interior and everything else, I would have said.

How is that a poorly written ad?

If you were interested in the shell, I would quite happily have given you more information if you asked for it.

christ talk about drama , if I see a advert that says shell thats all I expect any more is a bonus. gaz is not asking silly money so use some common sense people FFS

 

sorry are you interested in buying or just like commenting on every post.

If I buy something i like to see what its current state of condition is - not when it was built up

Also, if you see the shell in its current form it gives the buyer a better indication of what they are buying and what bits may still be left on it.

Not to mention, it will stop people asking the same questions over and over again

Ran, I was going to put pics on the thread but you know what it's like on here, some folk will look at the pics and start criticising the thing like you see on some of the threads in the cars for sale section and just start picking holes in everything and before you know it, the threads a total mess (but hey, its turning that way anyway ). I know I asked how much it was worth but I wasn't after an exact amount, just a rough guideline.

If anyone was seriously interested in the shell then why not PM me? I don't bite and I'm only too happy to give anybody pics and the info they want to know!

I wouldn't put any pics on here personally on any forsale ad, first thing you get is un interested trolls commenting, this is one of the worst forums I've ever come across for it and nobody does anything about it.
