Hello Guys!

Im new here, you are my last chance!
I have a 2004 mondeo HJBB 115hp. My problem is the 3rd and 4th injectors dont work, I have checked the connectors, they are dead.
I have checked with mulimeter, no signal .1st and 2nd have signal.
I have checked all the wires to the ecu all good,
No fault code in the ecu at all.

I dont understand because 1&4, 2&3 are on one +line in the ecu

before we renewed diesel pump, injectors were checked cleand, measured compression: 30, 28, 27, 28. changed CMP sensor and Crankshaft sensor.
So everything should be ok, BUT

Could be a dead ECU. Don't forget you have cylinder order as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 but the injectors are probably numbered by firing order, be it 1 - 3 - 4 - 2 or whatever it may be.

Huston we got a problem!!

It looks like there is a TDDI Flywheel instald!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE bought the car from Germany, so congrats to the mechanic who Put it in!

But still not sure of that this causing then problem.

Any idea??

We had changed the flywheel, It had a TDDI one, 1S71-6477-fa
We put 3S71-6477-fa, It just works perfect!
