I have a 2007 Ford Fiesta Mk6 and the passenger side speaker (in the door) doesn't work at all. But, if I open the door about half way the speaker comes on and works fine, but close or open it further and it goes off again. Any ideas what might be causing this? thanks

 

Sounds like a break in the wiring loom between the door and the pillar. You will need to take the door loom out and it might be possible to repair but may as well replace it with a good part.

 

How would I get at the wiring loom, guessing the door panel would need to come off? And any recommendations as to where to get the part (if that is the problem).
