Has anyone got a copy of a wireing diagram for my sapphire rear lights? I'm replacing the rear plug with crimps as I'm having lots of problems and need a diagram ideally, the Haynes one is useless!

What problems have you got. I haf a osr reverse light out. It was a wiring fault. I found a connection near the os of the rear seat faulty. I cut it out and just rejoined the wire.

 

You can follow the patten on the circuit to each bulb on the lamp to see what terminal go's to what bulb.
As for what wire is what that's easy to work out with a multimeter. Just do a continuity check from the body to each wire till you find the earth. Then go from the earth wire to each other wire in volts working each light till you see 12v

 

Iv found one now. Iv had all sort of problems with the rear lights due to a dodgy plug to rear lights so chopped the plug off and wanted to make sure if out each crimp to correct place on bulb holder. The Haynes manual doesn't give colour codes for the plugs hopefully sorted now onto the fronts! The joys of a car being left outside for 5 years unused.

 

Yerp. Old cars dont like to be left standing. They need to be used.
