Default Zetec cc increase

Maybe a bit of a stupid question but what is involved in taking a 2.0 Silvertop Zetec up to say 2.2 or so? I know obviously boring out the cc and replacing pistons and rings but is that it? I am running a standard 2 litre out of a MK1 Mondeo with bike carbs but fancied taking it up to 2.2 or so. Would there be any benefit in doing this without major head work and what would the cost be? I have Googled but cant find much info on it!

wall thickness is a issue on a zetec, they suffer with heat if you go to mad, 2.1 is the norm.

Thanks everyone, didnt realise it would be so much hassle and £££!! Think for the money id be cheaper fitting another engine! I thought they were a bit like the CVH and just bore them out with oversize pistons.
