Default Best actuator for 400/450bhp cossie

Just looking to see what others went for in terms of actuator. My car should be between 400 & 450 bhp running a t38.

-31 would be fine, bigger back ends don't really warrant a strong spring as there is less exhaust pressure, but it does depend on many variables, i.e. what boost control you choose etc etc

As james said, mine was set up perfectly at msd and runs a T38, air injector, -31 and holds the boost perfectly, 32 psi down to 27 at the limiter gave me 455 bhp
The air injector made the boost so much more stable than the old t34,-34 amal valve set up

My 2wd Sapphire engine specc sounds pretty much the same as yours and it has the -31 which works well.
