No more pics yet, waiting for the engine management to be put on, then i'll clean it up, change the rocker cover and add silver hose's and me chrome bits

matt i think its due to the lighting, it was indoors by the looks of it, on the last pic u can see the light hitting the wing and its definatly ornage! bet it looks the mutts nutts in the sunlight

i dunno - RS focus' look good in blue & any other colour makes it look a fake! bet you will be pleased when people are at the lights with you & think the same!!

lol,and when other RS's 'try' to race it, I'd think u'd be able to tell by the yellow rocker cover and hose's its modded engine under there?
And yeah, in the sun is when the paintjob comes alive, its lambirginhi orange with a gold pearl.
It was a bare shell build, brand new shell from fords no less
Its having Omex 700 put on as we speak,

all credit to you mate for trying something "different" it's probably gonna look real good and gotta agree with others would be fun watching another "Blue" RS Focus alongside you at the lights

Lol yeah had a few of the purists moan,
The reason for the new shell, is we liked the look of the RS but welding on the rear arches, no thanks!. So we got a new shell from fords, the donor cars were an RS and an ST and a 2ltr
In regards to the mangement, our orginal plan was to fit cossie 4x4 management to it but we didnt go that route in the end. The management that comes with the ST170 is a blackoak (pile of ....), which as yet no one has even managed to chip it.
