Default Electronic Brake Boosters

Hello All,

I'm wondering if anyone has used an Electronic Brake Booster or knows where I can get one similar to this..

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Electric-V...item3f3a874a64

It wouldn't matter if it wasn't a generic one, I know a few BMW's and Volvo's that use them so I could make something work.

The Hayabusa engine in the project car won't generate the vacuum needed for the brake so I'm thinking of installing an electronic one.

Thanks in advance.

I was looking at these

http://www.simtekuk.co.uk/index.php/...mp_kits/?k=:23::

Other way is to use a alternator with a vacuum pump attached,

Thanks, I don't have any belts on my engine so SimtekUk might be somewhere to go..

I've found these on ebay.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HELLA-REPL...item233cebff68 ..

As you can see they don't come as a kit where as SimtekUk have all the pressure switches and relays etc. I'll probably go for something like VAC-002, not cheap but they are your brakes after all .

Yes its a good kit, i have seen home made set ups using a small resevoir tank and a vachuum swith to control a pump but to be honist getting it all to work could be a pain in the arse, like you say do you really want to mess about with brakes.
