You can click on the pictures to get them bigger.

First thing to do is getting some fuel to get there

A little bit later... Venray
So enjoy the pictures, some off the cars are well known on here.

End off the day for me. Had a good day. Sprint was nice to see. Did see Marco and Stephan doing some very good runs.
Grts.

Do have my doubts about this 5.44 time or so that was recorded during qualifications as non of the other times of the day came even close to that.
Afterwards I heard some guys just quessed when then green light would come on and just hit the gas as there was no real check for jump starts..
Congratulations on winning the sprint Wim!
Your starts were awesome! I did think the part after the finish to brake was a bit short though, I wouldn't have been surprised if someone would've hit the barrier.
It seems like the sprint is getting shorter each year. Did you even reach 3rd gear?

Thanks guys. And yes Marc I did shift to 3rd gear.
To do these sprintsessions was decided on the day itself. Original there would be an oval race with 2 or 3 laps. Fastest would win. But as there was no escape if someone would miss the corner the organisators decided to do the sprint. Sometimes it was a close call to the barrier indeed but all competitors were doing fine.

And a video:
too bad I couldn't drive my Orion there due to gearbox noises (and now expired MOT) but my daily beater / rat did fine
