Im on the hunt for a pair of front head lights for an N reg escort rs cosworth. Needs to be original parts and in mint condition. If any one knows of any please could you drop me a message.

You saying you wanna swap originals for twins. Car currently has morette on. If you wanted to swap id need em changed there and then so I got lights on the car.

 

What colour are they? And what's the condition of the light lenses etc.
I can do that as mines off the road ATM

 

They are in great condition and are an ash black kind of grey but black. Same colour as the car. Do you know if bumper has to come off to put them on?. Where are you located. Could you get to me?

 

Yep can get to you where abouts in Essex?

No you can take the fog lights out and get onto the bottom bolt fixing with a u jay extension.
The twins have a extra wiring loom to power the spots. Just bolts onto battery and has a converter to fit light plugs as there on a multi plug.
Are they crystal type or,the older type?

Ill have to check what ones they are. ill check the paper work. So does that mean I gonna have to change any of the wiring to put the originals back in.?

Southend is no problem!

No wiring to change mate. From standard there is a multi plug that pops onto standard lights they have wiring and relays internally where twins don't. When you buys twins you get a wiring harness that has relays and a multi plug converter!
All you should have to do is unplug the wiring harness loom and they they multi plug should be there to pop on the lights. Should be a 20 min job.

Only sold it weekend before ford fair. Lad lives down there and was going to go some of the meets. It's my car in sig.,

 

I think thursday gonna be a late one for me so not really sure what time id be home. Hard to put a time on it. See I could have someone there but wiuldnt feel fair letting you change em over without help. Even though I have no idea lol

 

Will wait till next time I'm that way. My weekends are tied up at the moment .

I just sold a pair of mint standard lights of a low mileage car and am in Essex too. Always the way, they do come up on eBay though as I managed to get a brand new pair.
