Have you upgraded your gearbox or still using a standard 4x4 one?

What are you expecting the powerband to be like when you switch to the tt38? I guess that would be similar to what cossie4i had on his car? Got a t38 on my car and thinking of uprgading to this spec t38 or going for a gt3071

Anyone ever heard of a t38 with a .48 exhaust housing? I recently bought one it's supposed to be a t38 but has a .48 exhaust housing?
Jay, what nitrous kit you going to use? Iv got a wizards of nos direct port kit on my car +100 but not going to use it as it want to have someone who knows what their doing to set it up, any ideas where to take it? I know the l8 doesn't have switchable maps so I'm a bit stuck with it!

I would imagine it would be pretty pointless, where the t38 would really come to life would be high revs where the 0.48 will strangle it to death imo.

I have a T36 (0.55) on mine - like Jay's it is standard engine, YBO611, 55's, 500 intercooler, 044 etc. etc.

Haven't driven it yet but it made 415bhp and about 420lb/ft on MSD's owners at just over 2 bar.

Excuse my ignorance I thought Cosworth cams were all BD something, what is this AB07 cam? What is the difference between it and a BD14 or BD16 cam?
