How do i upload a movie clip from my pc?

I would know how to do this if it was on a website but i have a video file on my pc i'd like to put up. Any ideas??

Is it just the same as posting a pic thru photobucket??

do you have any personell webspace??
if you do u can use explorer msdos wiseftp cuteftp smartftp, this allows you to upload and download from a webserver.
