Hi noticed today my 4x4 sapphire idle screw is missing out the throttle body car runs fine still so don't know how it's been gone for ,can you just buy the screw on its own from ford? If not where's the best place to try? Thanks

As above, it sounds like someone has bodged yours, as without this it would be revving high!
