whats the best shocks and springs to put on a 3 door sierra cosworth and what bushes to use,the cars only going to be used on the road and has to get over speed bumps, i was thinking gaz shocks and springs with polybush ?

 

Ahmed Bayjoo springs and Koni shocks.

You want to polybush the beam mounts, NOT the trailing arms which have spherical bearings!

A poly diff mount, whilst expensive, will make a difference!

At the front TCA's, and ARB.
