2wd head ( better cooling I'm told)
air tec alloy rad with twin fans
rs500 alloys inter cooler
17" rs7 alloys

11 months mot
6 months tax
all old bills and a full folder with a few pics of the engine build

couple of minor pin dents , but iv got dent master sorting them on Saturday
so no problem there,
iv also just gave the car a full machine polish and it's looking very well

no rust and all original panels
it's had the inner and outer sills done and a little patch on the drivers floor, but that's all good now

the car does need setting up as it's only boosting at 1bar while it was run in,
iv got it booked in but can't do it till next week as he's on holiday at the min
and I don't want no one else doing it as he's the best I know

the car does need a few little touches , but that's just me been picky,
it's a very useable car as it is and the bits are only things I would of done, I had big plans for this but I'm a subaru/Evo fan
and thought I'd try the cossie thing but it's not to my liking

Ive just bought a 2006 Focus for my daily driver, so literally have nothing. And although my S2 is way above average, in show condition, its not 8k worth imho.

 

car is all set up now and running 1.6bar
pulls very well with the new turbo and spool up is mental

 

Wont you miss it now its running so well ? You have done a cracking job on shining up the paintwork, I think it is a bargain for the price your asking ,I am sure it will sell soon.

i'd like to know who done this engine rebuild and when please? interesting to know you have all the old mots etc to back up the mileage too

 

who set it up please, and as above - who did the rebuild? and do you know what was changed on the build

 

rdr Motorsport did the work , in November 2013 then it was off the road till June this year
but I believe it was off the road about 1 year prier to this as this is what I can tell from the mot's

 

i think the mileage is wrong

 

paul hills set it up on Thursday , but due to it getting late and needing a new set of plugs we need to do a little tweek on Thursday
just the idle speed and make sure the air/fuel is spot on

 

 

Thats a £5.5k saff imho
