Default Black lower rubber skirt on front bumper

Hi. Just noticed the black rubber lower valance on the front bumper has moved back towards the front wheels on either side about 1/2" or 13mm.
Can anyone please tell me how they attach to the bumper. It seems that they push on to the lip underneath the bumper only problem is they don't seem to want to move as the rubber is stiff even in this warm weather.
Thinking maybe a hair-drier may help soften it enough?
Any help appreciated.

Sorry, senior moment there. It is 54 plate 2005 focus zetec climate 1.6 SE engine. Took a pic but don't have permission to upload. The black skirt has moved back on the 2 corners about 13mm coming off the bumper lip.
Thanks.

Thanks Glenn. It is the series 1.5 that is the one. Can you tell me please how they attach as mine is ok just come unfastened. Do they clip on?I cannot see clips, or glued on? reckon i have to warm it first to soften it?
Thanks

They just pinch fit.Are quite solid and won't just push on.
Get a small toffee hammer and lie underneath the skirt holding the front bumper with 1 hand and tapping the skirt on with the other.
