Escort mk1 1300E 2.0 Zetec
I'm selling my mk1 Escort 1300E 4dr fitted with a 2.0 Zetec running weber 45's on weber alpha management as I'd like to get a slightly more modern car to take my toddler and newborn cruising up and down the local coastline.
The bodywork was restored in 2007 along with having the zetec fitted, although there is a couple of bubbles on the drivers wing and front of the bonnet but otherwise is excellent.
I've recently spent thousands on fitting new front grp4 spec coilovers, eccentric top mounts, adjustable tca's, polybush kit, hi-spec 4 pot brakes, carb refurb, quick rack, fast road geometry setup and repairs to rust on the A post, roof and gutter and drivers sill all done at Tiger Sportscars.
It's great fun to drive but has excellent grip due to 8" wide wheels (under std arches!!) and is brilliant at winding up boy racers and sales reps. It's fitted with escort mk5 rs2000 seats but originals come with it, I also have the original steering wheel and 5 wheels that need a refurb.
I'm looking for £9000 ovno but may take a Cossy in px

Cheers mate, Yeah they were only done for a year or so and were supposed to be type 49 export shells but don't know how true that is. I've not seen another 4dr either but then the 2drs have always been more popular to save
