Having a clear out and these were bought for a project that's just not going to happen

Few bits of lacquer peel and water under the lacquer but a few hours work would sort that out
You can see the marks around the edges and 1 wheel has started to bubble from the edge towards the face, another has a few bubbles on the center
195/45r16 tyres,
2 federal that are near new
2 sunitrac that are near the wear markers
Quite a rare set of wheels, took me ages to get my hands on a set. Then all they've done in sit on my tire rack not being used
Located in Birmingham but I'm willing to travel if fuel is paid within reason
