Default Rust repair?

Hi all.

Went and had a butchers at a 2003 2.0 Focus ESP estate yesterday which has only 33k miles, FFSH and one owner.

Both of the rear arches have the tiniest amount of rust appearing where the sill bends round into the wheel arch just below the spongy arch inner.

Would this be difficult or expensive to sort?

Cheers

Clarkie

Cheers Glenn.

The rust is sooooo tiny, I was just thinking ahead that's all.

Not sure that I'm having the motor anyway now!!

Ever driven a MK 2 Mondeo? Do they drive as well as a MK 3?

Clarkie, I owned a fair few mk2s and thought they drive ok for the age of them, Not much of a difference tbh, I still cant believe how cars of these ages are rusting already, pretty poor show

Ford has a 10 year perforation warranty so a few bubbles is nothing. There are KA's that rotted through in 2 or 3 years let alone 10
