How wide are peperpot's

I thought thay where 6"x13 but and it say's on my peperpot's 6jx13 but when i measued the width of mine thit a tape measure thay where 7"x13???

Capri 'Pots were 7-inches wide, but you will have 6-inch wide XR2 wheels as when you measure a wheel with a tape measure it's always an inch bigger.

That applies to other measurements as well..

Rims are measured bead to bead internally,(where the tyre sits) not the overall width of the rim.
