Ford Fair Ticket & Location News
I am very happy to say we will be located in the very same location we had last year see map below, Huge thanks to the events team at future publishing who have been doing a top job
, New for 2014 is the all new hologram stand Pass which you all need to gain your cars entry to our area, it simply hangs on the rear view mirror and is a nice touch replacing those horrid A4 sheets that lay on your dashboards so rememver to write your registration numbers on your passes as it may delay entry if not done.In recent years we have had 100+ car stands at Ford Fair and this year is no different, so do arrive as early as possible to get organised and parked up as organising big club stands does take time so 6.30am at latest is your target time, full details below and if anyone attending is planning on being there the full day arriving early and leaving late and wants to help me out get in touch asap as it will be appreciated,
Arrive early as traffic jams for ford fair into silverstone racetrack are expected.
1, ALL pf's tickets/passes have been posted out on Tue 15th July note; unless you paid extra for recorded delivery etc pf accepts no responsability for loss or late arrival by the royal mail.
2, Positions on stand will be mixed with best show cars on front row whatever model/spec they are
3, No trade vehicles are permitted on our stand at all unless of a modified nature
4, If for any reason your planned car breaks down etc, dont just turn up in anything non ford and expect to be on stand as you will be refused entry and pointed towrds public car park.
5, Gates open to exhibitors from 6.30am approx so I advise getting there between 7-8 as the public queue's will be long the closer to 9am you leave it and all attendees must be on stand by 8.30am
6, Food, bbqs are not allowed, so bring provisions or plenty of money as food is expensive at silverstone
7, Please do not simply park up where you want and stroll off ask first or your vehicle may be moved by force
8, Anyone doing track time needs to make themself known to me on entry as you will need to be positioned with access in/out of the stand for safety
9, Last point = enjoy yourself and if anyone wants any stickers etc come find me as I will have plenty

all tickets will posted out tomorrow now as I managed to do a few hours of paperwork sorting it out for you guys , also I do still have a few spare stand passes so get in contact asap if interested
